Terms of Use
Last updated July 7, 2026.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of projectextremis.com (the “Site”) and any contribution you make to the development of Project Extremis. By using the Site or making a contribution, you agree to these Terms.
About the Site and the project
The Site is an informational and fundraising site for Project Extremis, a feature film currently in development by Chaos2Love Productions (“we,” “us”). The Site is provided for general information; nothing on the Site is an offer to sell securities or a solicitation of an investment.
Contributions
Project Extremis is not a registered nonprofit. Contributions are not tax-deductible. Every contribution is a voluntary gift, dedicated to the development of the Project Extremis screenplay and related development activities.
No ownership or rights are conveyed. A contribution does not grant equity, ownership, a security, a loan, a license, a royalty, a revenue interest, or any rights of any kind in Project Extremis, in Chaos2Love Productions, or in any related work. It is a gift, not an investment.
Supporter recognition. Any acknowledgement of supporters, whether on the Site, in promotional materials, or in the film, is offered at the Producer’s sole discretion, is non-binding, and is not consideration for any contribution.
Refunds. Contributions are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, email us within 30 days and we will review it in good faith.
Monthly contributions. If you choose a monthly contribution, your card will be charged the selected amount on the same day each month until you cancel. You can cancel any future charges at any time by emailing chaos2loveproductions@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future charges; already-processed contributions are not refunded except at our discretion.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not see or store your full card number. By contributing you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms.
